Hello Scotland

We so enjoyed our stay at the Shooting Folly, what an amazing place. It was so peaceful and relaxing, the folly itself so beautifully restored using the original wooden beams. The hot tub was great. Last night was a balmy evening, looked like a full moon and the temperature in the hot tub was perfect. David has taken about 200+photographs. From early morning to late in the evening . The light was amazing, I love the misty morning one which I am including with this post also David caught me dressed in Black and white talking to the cows!!
We left the Folly at about 10 this morning, our gps lady let us down!! Eventually we got onto the M6 and headed up to Scotland, and what a beautiful day. We are in sunny Broughty Ferry, home for the next 5 night. Lots of catching up with family and friends!!
On Monday we visited Chester my birthplace and my Dad's,  although I have never lived there. I was 6 weeks old when Mum travelled back to  her home in Monifieth. Dad, was already there staying with my Granny & Grandad (Mums parents) So many fond memories of times in Monifieth with family, however it was lovely to visit historical Chester.
Time to look for a place to have dinner and a long walk!
